M16 3-Position Safety Selector
A standard M16-pattern three-position safety selector, machined for clean detents and positive, repeatable indexing. It runs in a standard AR-15 lower and indexes correctly across all three positions.
The Build
Machined from steel with a manganese phosphate finish, to the same material and build standard as a standard M16 selector — positive detents that hold each position with no mushy middle and no overrun, so the selector lands where you put it and stays there. Single-sided, with the standard M16 throw.
What You Need To Run It
No special lower required — this drops into a standard AR-15-cut lower. The one thing to know before ordering: a three-position selector needs clearance for its third position. You don’t need a full M16 fire control group — you just need an M16 trigger with the rear slotted out so the selector can rotate into the third position without binding against the trigger body. A standard, un-slotted trigger doesn’t give the selector room to index there.
