Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through voidspec.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. This policy works together with our Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Order Processing & Handling
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
- In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of payment authorization and order verification. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
- Orders may be held for additional review where payment, address, or eligibility verification is required. We may contact you for verification before shipment and are not responsible for delays caused by unverified or incomplete order information.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, ineligibility under Section 4 or 5, pricing errors, or stock shortages.
2. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Rates
- We ship via USPS or UPS. We select the carrier and service level at our discretion. We reserve the right to ship your order via a different carrier or service than the one selected at checkout (for example, to meet delivery timelines, accommodate package size or destination, or manage cost), provided it offers comparable or better service. Any shipping method shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee of a specific carrier.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions, and are shown before you complete your purchase.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $200 (calculated on merchandise subtotal, before tax).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order is canceled before shipment or where required by our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We ship to physical addresses within the fifty United States only.
- We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to addresses outside the United States, including U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or via freight forwarders or package-reshipping services. Orders identified as routing to a forwarder may be canceled and refunded.
- No international export. Certain products sold on this Site are subject to U.S. export controls. You may not export, re-export, or arrange the export of any product purchased from VoidSpec LLC. Placing an order for export, or for delivery to a forwarder for the purpose of export, is strictly prohibited.
- We may decline to ship to addresses we are unable to verify.
4. Legal Eligibility & Age Requirement
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to purchase from this Site.
- You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the products you order and to your delivery location. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that your purchase, possession, and intended use of the products are lawful in your jurisdiction.
- The products sold on this Site are parts, components, and accessories. They are not firearms and do not require transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Nothing on this Site is legal advice.
5. State & Local Restrictions
Certain regulated products cannot be lawfully shipped to every jurisdiction. Where a product is restricted for your delivery address, our checkout will either block the order or require your acknowledgment before it can be completed.
- Restricted — will not ship to: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
- Acknowledgment required — may ship with buyer attestation: Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, and Virginia. For these destinations you will be asked to confirm that your purchase complies with applicable law before checkout completes. Your acknowledgment is recorded with a timestamp and IP address.
- All other states: open for shipment.
These restrictions apply to specific regulated products only; non-regulated parts and accessories may ship to all U.S. states. Restriction lists are maintained based on our understanding of current law and may change without notice. If an order is placed for a restricted destination through any error, we will cancel and refund the affected items. You remain responsible for compliance with your local law regardless of whether our checkout permits an order.
6. Order Tracking
- A confirmation email is sent when your order is placed and again when it ships, with tracking information where available.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours after the shipping notification for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.
- If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, contact customerservice@voidspec.com.
7. Delivery, Title & Risk of Loss
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when we tender the package to the carrier (FOB origin / shipping point). Once a package is accepted by the carrier, the shipment is in the carrier’s custody.
- Carrier tracking that shows a package as “delivered” constitutes confirmation of delivery and proof of fulfillment.
- We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays, misdelivery, or transit times after a package leaves our facility, except as provided in Section 8.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged or incorrect items: Inspect your order on arrival. Report shipping damage within 48 hours, and manufacturing defects within 72 hours, of delivery — in writing to customerservice@voidspec.com with photographs of the item and packaging, and following the requirements in our Refund & Return Policy. Claims made outside these windows may not be honored. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
- Packages marked delivered but not received: If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, you must (a) check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier facility, and (b) notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan. Because risk of loss passes per Section 7 and the carrier’s record shows delivery, resolution follows our Refund & Return Policy, which requires a police report filed for the delivery address and a carrier investigation before any reship or refund.
- Lost in transit: If tracking has not shown movement or delivery within 10 business days of shipment, contact us so we can open a carrier trace. Replacement or refund for confirmed in-transit losses is issued only after the carrier completes its investigation.
- Optional shipping insurance, where offered and purchased, governs the remedies available for loss or damage.
9. Incorrect Addresses, Undeliverable & Refused Packages
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We ship to the address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.
- Packages returned to us as undeliverable (bad/incomplete address, unclaimed, or refused) will be refunded less original shipping and a 25% restocking fee, or reshipped after you pay re-shipment costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Address corrections requested after shipment cannot be guaranteed and may incur carrier fees charged to you.
10. Signature Confirmation
- We may require an adult signature on delivery for orders at our discretion, including orders over $500 or shipments to addresses flagged during verification.
- Where signature confirmation is applied, the carrier’s signature or delivery record serves as proof of receipt.
11. Split Shipments, Backorders & Pre-Orders
- Orders containing multiple items may ship in more than one package, potentially from different dates or locations, at no additional charge to you.
- If an item is backordered or sold as a pre-order, the estimated availability is noted on the product page. Remaining in-stock items may ship first, with backordered items to follow.
12. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
Estimated transit and processing times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier service disruptions, weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil disruption, or acts of government.
13. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order or its delivery, you agree to contact us at customerservice@voidspec.com to resolve it before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a dispute for a package that carrier records show as delivered, or in lieu of contacting us, may be treated as a friendly-fraud chargeback, and we reserve the right to submit shipment, tracking, delivery-confirmation, address-verification, and acknowledgment records as compelling evidence to the card networks. Delivery confirmation and, where applicable, signature records constitute proof of receipt for dispute purposes.
14. Returns
Returns are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not refunded.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes take effect when posted to the Site.
16. Governing Law & Contact
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Payments are processed through Authorize.net.
