These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoidSpec website at voidspec.com (the “Site”) and the purchase or use of any products sold by VoidSpec LLC (“VoidSpec,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any product purchased from us, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully — they include important provisions about product use, liability, dispute resolution, and binding arbitration with a class-action waiver.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the Site or purchase our products.

1. About VoidSpec

VoidSpec LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We design and sell firearm component parts and accessories.

VoidSpec is NOT a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). We do not sell, transfer, or deal in:

• Complete firearms
• Serialized receivers or frames
• Items regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA), such as short-barreled rifles or shotguns, machine guns, silencers, or destructive devices
• Any item requiring an ATF Form 4 transfer or FFL-to-FFL shipment

All products we sell are unregulated component parts and accessories.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from or use the Site, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or 21 years of age if required by your state or local jurisdiction for the items purchased;
• Not be a “prohibited person” under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any applicable state law;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe these eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Products and Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and compatibility information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content is error-free, complete, current, or accurate at all times. If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Products are component parts intended for installation in compatible host firearms or accessories. Compatibility information provided on the Site reflects our good-faith understanding of common platforms but is not exhaustive. You are solely responsible for verifying that any product is appropriate and safe for use with your specific firearm.

4. Pricing, Availability, and Orders

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Inventory is limited and not guaranteed at the time of order. If we discover a pricing or descriptive error after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, with no further liability.

By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the order total plus applicable taxes and shipping. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we may decline or cancel any order in our sole discretion, including (without limitation) for suspected fraud, suspected prohibited-person status, suspected shipment to a restricted jurisdiction, or inventory error.

5. Sales Tax

VoidSpec collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in jurisdictions where we have tax nexus, at the applicable rate for that jurisdiction. You are responsible for any use tax or other tax obligations arising from your purchase that we do not collect.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship within the United States only, excluding the restricted states listed in Section 7 and any state or territory subject to applicable federal or state restriction at the time of order.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, you must initiate a claim with the carrier; we will provide reasonable assistance but are not the proper party to that claim.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve from the carrier may be subject to a restocking fee and reshipment cost as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Geographic Restrictions

State and federal laws governing firearm parts vary substantially by jurisdiction and change frequently. VoidSpec cannot currently ship certain products to certain states. The current list of restricted states is shown at checkout and on the Site. If you attempt to place an order with a shipping or billing address in a restricted state, the order will be rejected.

You — not VoidSpec — are solely responsible for determining whether any product is legal to possess, install, or use in your specific jurisdiction. The fact that we accept your order and ship a product to your address does not constitute legal advice or a representation by us that the product is legal in your jurisdiction. Laws may have changed since we last reviewed the list of restricted states.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Certain items are non-returnable for safety, regulatory, or hygiene reasons as described in the Refund Policy.

9. Customer Responsibilities and Acknowledgments

By purchasing from VoidSpec, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Legal compliance is your responsibility. You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession, installation, modification, and use of any product you purchase. This includes but is not limited to the National Firearms Act, the Gun Control Act, and applicable state regulations.
2. You will only install our products in firearms you lawfully own. You will not install, transfer, or use any item in a manner that violates federal, state, or local law.
3. You will not transfer to prohibited persons. You will not sell, give, lend, or otherwise transfer any product to any person you know or have reason to believe is prohibited from possessing firearms or firearm parts under federal or state law.
4. You assume all risk of use. Improper installation, use of incompatible components, modification of products, or use in firearms beyond their design parameters can result in damage to property, serious bodily injury, or death. You assume all such risks. Professional installation by a qualified gunsmith is recommended where you lack the necessary expertise.
5. Verifying legality is your responsibility. You will verify the legality of each product in your jurisdiction before installation or use. VoidSpec does not provide legal advice, and our sale of any product does not constitute a representation of legality in your specific jurisdiction.
6. Records. You acknowledge that your purchase, including IP address, timestamp, and the version of legal acknowledgment shown at checkout, is recorded with the order for legal and compliance purposes.

These acknowledgments supplement, and do not replace, the acknowledgments you make at checkout.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Misrepresent your age, identity, eligibility, or shipping/billing address to circumvent restrictions;
• Attempt to ship a restricted product to a restricted jurisdiction by any means, including the use of a forwarding address, freight forwarder, or intermediary;
• Resell our products in any manner that violates these Terms or applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or accounts of other users;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our servers, or networks connected to the Site;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or copy material from the Site without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of our products or content except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, product descriptions, video, software, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of VoidSpec LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The names “VoidSpec,” “HOFFSS,” “ACRD15,” and any other product names and logos used on the Site are trademarks of VoidSpec LLC under U.S. common law, established through use in commerce. VoidSpec reserves all rights in these marks. Use of any VoidSpec mark without our prior written consent — including in product names, business names, advertising, or promotional materials — is prohibited.

VoidSpec also claims trade-secret protection in its proprietary designs, manufacturing methods, and any non-public technical information embodied in or related to its products.

No license to any VoidSpec intellectual property is granted by these Terms or by the purchase of any product, except the limited right to use the product itself as intended for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

12. User Submissions

If you submit product reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, or other materials to the Site or to us (“Submissions”), you grant VoidSpec a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Submissions in any media. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that the Submission does not infringe any third party’s rights.

We are not obligated to publish or use any Submission and reserve the right to edit or remove any Submission at our discretion.

13. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, VoidSpec does not warrant:

• That any product is legal to possess, install, or use in your jurisdiction;
• That any product is compatible with any specific firearm beyond what is expressly stated in the product description;
• That the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• That information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOIDSPEC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR DAMAGE TO FIREARMS — ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO VOIDSPEC FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoidSpec LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or regulation, including any firearms law;
• Your installation, modification, use, or misuse of any product;
• Your transfer of any product to any other person, including any prohibited person;
• Any injury, property damage, or death caused by, contributed to by, or alleged to have been caused by any product you purchased from us;
• Your infringement of any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.

16. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH VOIDSPEC THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at customerservice@voidspec.com and provide a written description of the dispute, including your contact information and a proposed resolution. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution does not succeed, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product (each, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified herein. The location of the arbitration shall be determined by AAA in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and you may participate by telephone or video conference at your election. The arbitrator shall apply Wyoming law, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND VOIDSPEC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. NEITHER YOU NOR VOIDSPEC MAY PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple individuals or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

16.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of this Section 16 by sending written notice to customerservice@voidspec.com within thirty (30) days of your first purchase from VoidSpec, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including your full name, the email used for the purchase, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, your other obligations under these Terms remain in effect, but disputes will instead be resolved as described in Section 17.

16.5 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an action in small claims court for a Dispute within that court’s jurisdiction, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of Section 16. For any Dispute not subject to arbitration — including any action by either party to seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights — the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.

18. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, decline future orders, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9 through 17 and this Section 18 — survive any termination.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be effective thirty (30) days after posting unless you accept them sooner by placing an order or otherwise using the Site. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

20. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VoidSpec regarding the Site and the purchase of products, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us on that subject.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, supply chain disruption, carrier failure, or telecommunications or utility outage.

Notices. Notices to you may be made by posting on the Site, by email to the address on file with your order, or by mail to the address on file. Notices to us may be sent by email to customerservice@voidspec.com or by mail to:
